Seed Training takes ticket system rather than fixed monthly fee system so that you can take sessions more flexible and freely.

This system assumes that having personal / semi-personal sessions once a week and practicing by your self on the other days for 2 months. This system aims for providing,

  • the complete understanding of the safe and correct way of doing your exercise menu so that you could do your exercise without trainers or instructors.
  • the certain extent of physical, mental and spiritual changes within 2 months.

For Semi-private clients

Semi-private tickets are only available for sessions with your fellow members that you purchased the ticket together. We cannot provide any private sessions with semi-private tickets. Thank you for your understanding.
