So, here’s the image how to take your classes with Seed Training.

1.Reservation

You can make a lesson reservation via phone / text / e-mail.

If you are to change or cancel your reservation, please make sure to do so 24 hours prior to the lesson.

2.Lesson at your place

I usually visit to your place by bike. So, I would appreciate if you prepare a small space for parking.

Mats, blocks and other props needed for lessons are rented for free, so you do not necessarily have to buy anything new to take lessons.

3.Start Lessons!

    

The most  important thing is to master by your body & mind, not by the logic.

Therefore, Seed Training’s Yoga and Pilates values these things.

  1. Show the accurate demonstration
  2. Offers appropriate hands on adjustments and using small props to make every single movement effective and safe.

You can book the next class at the end of the class. But it’s not necessarily have to be at the end of the class. You can contact us anytime.

4. Your own program

If you have specific purpose or goals, it’s very important to choose the program which best suits to your purpose.

By hearing your current condition and purpose at the initial consultation, Seed Training makes your own program and hands it to you.

(If you do not need fixed program, we will offer variety of menus in every class.)

5. Do it by yourself!

Please try to keep practicing your program by yourself using your spare time.

By keep practicing by yourself, you can get to your goal faster. And we support you at the class in a way you can practice by yourself safely and effectively.
